There is no doubt that Oakland Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch is still in great shape and extremely motivated for this upcoming season with the Silver and Black.

In fact, the burly back still cranks out an insane amount of push ups daily according to NFL Network’s Good Morning Football, former NFL wide receiver Nate Burleson discussed Lynch’s morning routine.

“Marshawn Lynch wakes up every morning at 6:24 a.m., does about a 100 or so, a couple hundred push-ups and a couple hundred sit-ups, and gets back into bed.”

Odd? Absolutely, but it’s perfectly Beast Mode. The routine is also great news for any Raiders fans who may have doubted Lynch’s conditioning or desire to play heading into 2017.

One thing is for certain, Lynch is still a Beast among men.
