Oakland Raiders defensive coordinator Ken Norton Jr. hosted a camp this weekend for Bay Area high schoolers that included fellow Raider players helping out.

The camp looked to be a blast as Raider rookies showed off their soccer skills and two camp members showed off their speed in a race.

Another exciting moment for these teenagers was when Norton gave his inspirational speech telling each player that “it’s your turn to have your success,” via the team’s official twitter account.

Norton, per usual, delivered the rest of his speech in a passionate manner just like he ran his camp this weekend.

He also told the youngsters that “it is not all about the autograph from the players, it’s about learning from them.”

Overall, the camp looked to be great as the kids got to meet some of their idols, play football, and get some helpful advice from Norton, a former player and current coach.
