After a poor 2016 season, the Los Angeles Chargers needed to change their culture. With new Chargers coach Anthony Lynn, they seem to be headed down the right path.
Chargers defensive end Joey Bosa, in an interview with Mighty 1090AM, had high praise for the rookie head coach.
Lynn coaches by “demanding people, telling them what he wants. It’s gonna be his way or the highway.”
Even though he might be hard on his players, with his high standards, Bosa understands that he “knows what he is doing” and he trusts Lynn because he is a natural “leader.”
Honestly, the most important part of the offseason is to get everyone believing in one common goal and it seems as if Lynn has accomplished that already in his short time as the head coach.
When the NFL season begins, fans should not sleep on the Chargers as they had the talent last year, but lacked the accountability. With Lynn in charge and their new attitude, they should easily be much improved in 2017.
