Even though the Raiders are not expected to move until 2020, Badain is already working on PR in their future city of Las Vegas.

In addition, it does make sense to reach out to the Golden Knights as both teams will be entering unfamiliar territory. They will be the first major sports teams in Sin City.

This isn’t the first time Oakland has reached out to Vegas, for the team announced some of their selections from the 2017 NFL draft from their future home.

Ultimately, the move to Las Vegas is a reality and Badain has been shifting his focus to his future city instead of their current home in Oakland.
