The 2022 NBA draft took place from Brooklyn’s Barclays Centre on Thursday night, welcoming the league’s newest batch of rookies.

Some unprecedented events occurred. 

Jalen Duren, the 13th pick, and Knicks guard Kemba Walker were acquired by the Detroit Pistons in a three-team transaction on draft day.
